Jordan’s Family Foundation

Healthy Starts.  Happy Hearts.  Making it Happen.

Jordan’s Family Foundation (a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization)  was conceived after our family discovered that our daughter, Jordan, was born with a heart defect.  Most recently, our son, Dawson, was also diagnosed with a congenital heart condition.

After Jordan’s diagnosis, we realized two very important things, one, Congenital Heart Diseases, though not widely acknowledged, are the most common birth defect, and two, very little money is dedicated to research and/or development.

Jordan’s Family Foundation is dedicated to spreading awareness and raising funds to assist with much needed research.

Dodgeball...is Goal-Oriented

Harding Middle School

Jordan’s Family Foundation is proud to (again) be a part of Harding Middle School's Dodgeball program. Mr. Dave Giorgis, Harding's gym teacher, puts together a great program every year for the kids to stay active and healthy.

Basketball...Playing with a Purpose

Lakewood’s 3rd/4th Grade Basketball League

This basketball season Jordan’s Family Foundation will be supporting the American Heart Association’s Hoops for Heart campaign.  Jordan will be coaching her younger brother’s basketball team.  The team is helping raise money and awareness in the fight against pediatric heart disease.
